• Born at Guyra and started playing golf at the age of 15 on sand greens in the Northern Tablelands of N.S.W.

• Joined Beverley Park Golf Club in the 60’s and am still an active member

• When the Masters Pennant competition was started in 1981 I was a member of the original Beverley Park team

• I have been continuously involved with the Beverley Park Masters Pennant teams as:

o 1981—1997 Playing Member

o 1993—1997 Playing Captain

o 1998—2006 Non Playing Captain—Manager

o 2003—2009 Divisional Convenor

o 2007—2009 Manager

• Elected to the Masters Committee in 2007 and will continue to assist other members of the committee in the smooth running of the Masters Pennant Competition.
